These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of greenspaonthego.com and the services provided by Green Spa On The Go LLC ("Green Spa On The Go," "we," or "us"). By using our website, requesting a proposal, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a separate written proposal or agreement for an event, that document controls wherever it differs from these Terms.
Our Services
We provide mobile spa and grooming services, including massage, manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, aromatherapy, and barber services, for individuals, corporations, schools, healthcare organizations, community groups, and private events. We also offer appointment-only services at our Forest Hills studio. Availability varies by date and location.
A proposal request is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted your proposal or appointment request in writing and received any required deposit. Proposals are based on the information you give us, such as date, location, number of guests, and services requested. If those details change, the price and staffing may change. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A deposit of 50% of the proposal total is generally required to reserve a date. The balance is due on the event date. Accepted payment methods are listed on your proposal or invoice, and invoices are due by the date stated on the invoice.
Minimum booking times, travel fees, and staffing levels depend on the location, the services requested, and the size of the event, and are stated in your proposal. The number of guests we can serve depends on the services selected, the time booked, and the number of professionals scheduled.
Appointments at our studio and individual in-home appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for events are stated in your proposal or agreement. If we must cancel because of unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or refund payments for services not delivered.
For events, you agree to provide a suitable, safe space for the services, reasonable access for our team and equipment (including parking or loading access where needed), and a point of contact on the day of the event. We may adjust or decline services if the space is unsafe or unsuitable.
Our services are for relaxation and personal care and are not medical treatment. Please tell us in advance about allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, injuries, or medical conditions. Our professionals may modify or decline a service for safety reasons. We choose non-toxic products with care, but reactions can still occur, so please let us know about any known sensitivities. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, check with your doctor first.
We are committed to a respectful and safe environment for guests and our team. We may end or decline a service, without refund for the portion not delivered, if behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or abusive.
Services are delivered by licensed professionals, where licensing is required, who may be independent professionals coordinated by Green Spa On The Go.
Photos or video of guests are taken only with permission. Our team may ask to photograph the setup of an event, and you may decline.
The content on our website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Green Spa On The Go or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
